Are you looking for a reliable PCB assembly services partner that can handle complex designs with custom options? Well, you can count on Accelerated Assemblies to deliver. We offer the latest technical capabilities to meet your most demanding project requirements for a quick turn PCB assembly. Whether we assemble your product with BGA, Micro-BGA, surface mount or through-hole technology, we collaborate closely to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Specializing in low-to-mid volume PCB production and prototyping, we foster innovation and quick turn PCB assemblies that reduce your time to market. Our capabilities include multiple, linked continuous flow production lines, dedicated aqueous and no-clean solder chemistry, potting and conformal coating, and final product assembly (box builds).
Our PCB Assembly Capabilities
Our clients trust us for our technical capabilities, expertise, structured process, and precision. We offer PCB assembly services across industries that expose us to a range of requirements.
Here are our common PCB assembly capabilities.
- Layers: Complex PCB designs have increased the number of layers. We are capable of anything from 1 to 20 layers and beyond, depending on the requirement. We offer single-sided as well as double-sided mounting depending on the requirement, number and types of components, and more.
- Materials: We use a range of materials depending on the client’s requirement. While FR4 is the most common for substrates, we also use PTFE and Rogers. We use copper and aluminum for coating.
- Board thickness range: The minimum thickness for a 2-layer board is 0.008". A 10-layer board may have around 0.04" of thickness. Beyond 10 layers, the thickness 0.5 X number of layers X 0.008".
- Minimum trace width: The clearance or trace width for inner and outer layers range from 4 mils to 15 mils.
- Aspect ratio: We have a 10:1 aspect ratio for a hole size of 0.006" and board thickness of 8 mils.
- Surface finishing: We offer HASL for lead finishing and lead-free HASL, immersion silver, gold, and so on for lead-free finishing.
- Encapsulation and conformal coating: This creates a thin film on the board and protects it from moisture, dirt, and contamination and EMI.
- Hole drilling and component mounting technologies: We use surface mount technology, through-hole technology, or a mixture of both these technologies, depending on the requirement.
- Hole size: Our minimum hole size is of 0.006" with tolerances of around an accuracy of +/- 0.005". For us, holes larger than 0.25" are simply cutouts.
- Sustainability: We use recycled materials. We offer lead-free or RoHS-compliant boards. We comply with RoHS 5 and 6 standards.
- On-time delivery: We assure that deliveries are on-time without compromising on quality and precision. Our quick turn PCB assemblies have helped businesses reduce their time to market without any product recalls and complaints.
